FAQ's

What should I wear/bring to class?Whatever you're comfortable exercising in! Most students will find leggings, bike shorts, and a fitted top or sports bra most comfortable. Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes for safety and hygiene reasons. We have them available for purchase. Please refrain from wearing perfume as some people have allergies.
-
What classes are best for beginners?Iyengar Yoga -Gentle classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11-12:15pm. Barre and Pilates classes are not divided into levels so feel free to attend any class that fits your schedule- just be sure to let your instructor know that it’s your first class so she can get you oriented and help you modify any poses if necessary. We will be offering a Beginner level reformer class so look for that on the schedule when we roll out these classes in October.
