Wellness Day Classes are 30 min and open to all levels. 10 Spots are available for reformer, 14 are available for mat. One class per person, please!
Classes are for new clients only, or current members who have not tried a reformer or mat class at Inner Balance.
11am: Pilates Mat
11:15am: Reformer

Nell has been an active player in the fitness industry for almost 25 years. She holds a Master's Degree in Exercise Science from George Washington University and has taught Pilates since 2004. Nell completed her Comprehensive Training with Core Dynamics Pilates under the tutelage of Kevin Bowen and 2nd generation teacher Michele Larsson. Nell carries on the classical teachings of the Pilates method while incorporating an innovative and contemporary style. Nell is also certified as a Barre Instructor with Master Trainer Tracey Mallett and a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher.
