Claudia Rionda
Claudia's love of movement and dance started at an early age. She began her professional dance career at 12 years old in Brazil. During this time she studied a variety of Movement Techniques, such as the Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais and the Laban Method. At 27, she migrated to the States to open one of the biggest Show Rooms in town called Scala Miami. Needing a change, she then took the massage course at Educating Hands School of Massage, and in 2010 completed the prestigious Comprehensive Pilates Certification at Polestar Pilates in Miami under the tutelage of Dr. Brent Anderson. Claudia is also a certified Barre Instructor. Claudia has been working alongside Nell since Inner Balance opened in 2011.
