We are in North Miami, outside Keystone Point at 12579 Biscayne Boulevard. You can park for free in the lot in front of us.

What are the best classes for beginners?

This depends on your current fitness level and preferences. Reformer Foundations, Restorative Reformer. and Pure Pilates Mat and great options to start.
